Cache Sun 'N Snow Runners
Purpose
Cache Sun 'N Snow Runners is a non-profit organization.
The purpose of this organization is to promote physical fitness,
mainly through activities associated with running. To sponsor
and/or administrate various events to improve physical fittness
within the organization or in association with other community
organizations in conducting similar events. Events will be
open to all those wishing to participate.
Membership
Membership shall be open to anyone interested in the purposes and activites of the organization. Membership shall run annually from January 1 to December 31, and the costs for annual dues shall be determined by the organization's officers. Members shall be entitled to registration discounts at the organization's sponsored events, and discounts at local businesses where promotional agreements have been obtained.
Officers
The officers of the organization will be responsible for carrying out
the purpose and duties of the organization. Officers shall be, but
not limited to, President, Vice President, Secetary, and Treasurer.
Officers shall be elected for a term of one year by a majority of
the total membership in attendance at the annual meeting.
The officers and representatives of the organization shall not be
individually or personally liable for the debts or obligations of
the organization and shall be indemnified by the organization
against all financial loss, damage, costs and expenses
(including counsel fees) incurred by or imposed upon them in
connection with or resulting from any civil or criminal action,
suit, proceeding, claim or investigation in which they may be
involved by reason of any action taken or omitted to be taken by
them in good faith as officers or representatives of the
organization.
